I've just purchased a new vaio VGN-FE21M as I live in Portugal the operating system was in Portuguese, the operating system has been changed to English but sadly I have lost all original programes I've tried support but keep going around and around answering the same questions about passwords etc. is there anybody out there who can point the way to a recovery to get back all the goodies I have lost.
