after the installation of Windows XP Pro on my VGN A317M, I can't use the scrolling option with the touchpad anymore, is there a certain driver to reinstall?

You must download the driver from VAIO-Link.

You can find in the original driver package. In this file are all drivers of your VAIO.

have the file hotkey.exe

You must the file "Hotkey" and then doubleclick on the file "setup.exe"

Maybe there are differents between different VAIOs.

Have you tried to reinstall all utilities?

YES I HAVE all is ok it's just the srolling vertical and lateral touchpad don't play
