I am using windows vista home premium for my model VGN-FZ140E and the sony service people have no idea to solve my problem. So, they are advising me to buy a recovery CD from their stores.
The problem is the windows startup is not working, as soon as i switch on my notebook the startup logo comes and then i find this "-" on the left side of the screen blinking and below the screen i find two diamond shape one in red and one in white color, that's it after that no changes.
So, i request anyone to please help me to solve my system problem.
