TV on Laptop

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FE21M but am having no luck finding a compatible TV Tuner card or USB add on. I have now tried three - a PCM1A card and two USB tuners but all have a jerky stuttering picture! Has anyone any suggestions of a product which will worl with this laptop as I am desperate to get digital TV on my laptop!

Go to this website. They have the best ones...:

I bought AverTV Hybrid+FM cardbus. I never had any stuttering with it and it was very cheap. Works perfectly with digital and analoge signals. And it is 180i/720P READY (HDTV) You get a remote, and lots of other stuff. I dont really like usb stuff because something is hanging outside then. So I suggest you always buy a cardbus. Funny thing is you can also get radio with this one. Keep in mind most of the tuners have the sound separted from the picture wich you are receiving. Never ever buy that you are doomed to get problems then.

NUMBER= E506

Take a look around on the website, maybe they have a newer and better one now. But I am still using this one and never had any problems.

OH i forgot to say it got lots of awards 2 from:
Trustedreviews.com, best choise digital life etc...

I have the 31m and use a freecom DVB with no problems. Before you go out a buy another card try this first.

Go into control panel and then system and then automatic update. Disable it and reboot. Now watch TV

This fixed the same problem on m Wife's acer and several others on the net. There is a problem when using auto update on Microsoft update for some users.

Microsoft do have a fix for it but you have to contact them
