TX2 will not read CD discr or play DVDs

Hi
Can any one please help. My TX2 (less than 3 months old) will not read any DVDs (it did before) it will also not read any data CDs that i have made, it will only read proper bought CDs. I have done a complete restore but this has not rectified the problem.

Please help.
