Have just purchased this model.

Has anyone got one and have they tried to download user manual.

Secondly could someone remind me of telephone support number.

What's the problem with the manual?  Can't it be downloaded or can't the ZIP file be Extracted?

I don't know about your model, but usually the manual is preloaded and can be opened in

Start -> All Programs -> VAIO Manual

Click on 'Vaio and Computing' and enter your Vaio's Serial Number in the box.  You will then be offered options to phone, email or chat, depending on what is available for your particular model.
