will the graphics card is damaged?

I have a vaio VGN-NR21S worked fine before .. but spent months without working for me n has boot loader I bought yesterday and saw that the call seems to connect some letters:  http://www.google.pt/imgres?q=matrix&um=1&hl=pt-PT&sa=N&biw=1280&bih=656&tbm=isch&tbnid=EUns2coVUg1k.... jpg more hi menus so I think it is by the time the pc was stopped .. help me please
