I've got a hardware fault on my Vaio VPC Z1 but despite trying to call (just get through to a number where I have to have an existing case- and no key presses will let me speak to someone!) and submit an email through the online form (no reply after a week) I have no idea where to turn! Anyone know where I can get support (except from a sony center which unforunately I can't get to currently)?
