Upgrade my AR11s Memory RAM

I am planning to upgrade my AR11S RAM but I dont know wheather I will buy correct RAM for my laptop.
I dont know is my laptop support DDR2-667 or only support DDR2-533.
Can anybody tell me that which company's memory RAM will support Sony AR11S.

Take a look at Crucial.com and click the 'Scan my Computer' tab. This will tell you what memory can be replaced or upgraded.

According to the Sony Vaio specs your AR11S already have a 1GB memory module installed and they recommend adding another 1 GB DDR2 667 SDRAM Memory Module in your vaio..

However on the sonystyle page it states you have 2 x 512 MB DDR2-533 SDRAM modules installed..:smileyconfused:

You can check what RAM is installed on your Vaio by following this guide or follow Twisted Rizla post and use the 'Scan my Computer' tool, then purchase the new module fromCrucial..

How do I find out that what Ram have i got in my AR11S and what speed do I have DDR-533 or DDR2-667?

If I have already purchase DDR2-667 will It work with DDR2-533?
