Upgrading memory PCV-RS324E

Hi,

I want to upgrade the memory on a R324E. I understand I need DIMM - 400Mhz (DDR).
However, as far as I can see, Sony does not sell that (anymore).
Is there an alternative (brand), that works and is safe to use?
