Hello! Since I got the laptop I have been receiving the buzzing sound when I have the screen on anything other than full brightness. It's coming from the LCD (Notebook lid, somewhere near VAIO logo).
While googling about this problem, I've found out that this is a really common issue. I don't really know if this is OK or not..
Do you have such sound on your VAIOs? Just listen attentively while changing brightness 
As I've said above, you could possibly hear this buzzing from the lid of your laptop
