No - The 'Vaio Camera Capture Utility' only works with Vista.

You need the XP Version of 'Vaio Camera Utility' which does a lot more in XP than it does in Vista. You will find it in the Original Utilities download for the FE31Z here: -

Thans you for the answer but it is not really what i asking for!

I search the capture function!! On vista with the vaio camera capture utility i can easily record a movie and send it by email

In XP , with vaio camera utility i can only take a picture. No possibilty to record a movie! And i don't want to use complicated software like virtualdub for doing it (it is for my mother in law). So i search for an equivalent software of the vaio camera capture utility!

Any suggestion?

I believe that the XP version can only take pictures.

Have searched google but i can't find anything similar that will record your webcam but if you keep looking you may find one.

The only real suggestion i have is to upgrade again and then you will have it.
