my vaio care doesn't get updated...it says downloading updates but doesn't finish updating for many hours...what should I do?

1. Vaio Model

2. Operating System

3 Version of Vaio Care installed.

There are some ongoing issues with Vaio Care - we are still waiting for information from Vaio Support.
