VAIO Entertainment File Import Service stopped working

I am receiving the above error every time i turn on my vgn-nr21z.

I have uninstalled all sony related software and it goes away but when i reinstall all the software again from the recovery centre it returns.

Anyway to fix this?

I've temporarily fixed it by disabling the service.

I'm guessing if it didn't work i won't know what i'm missing.
