Hi, I am trying to get a solution from Sony (the motion eye camera on my SZ1XP/C hasn't worked since I installed Vista). However, all I see on the eSolutions page are 3 links: Register a product; Manage Products and View my Profile. Non eo f these enable me to send them anything - how do I actually send them my request?
