Vaio FS115E.Am I paranoid about my system fan being noisy ?

Hi, Guys, just a question to anyone out there who has a Sony Vaio VGN-FS115E... Is the system fan supposed to be relatively quiet? as after a few days of owning my laptop, I have noticed the volume and frequency of the fan changing, from what I can only say a quiet 'hum' to a noticible whiring noise! I have had desktops whose system fans have sounded similar just before they gave up the ghost.

But the other thing is, I had never problems with my VAIO.:smileygrin:

My FS115S is silent. The most I ever hear is like a very very week breeze noise. It depends on the location of your VAIO too. If it is in a hot place, it will use more power when using fans.

Try using it at night when it's cooler and see if it's quieter

my fs115m is silent too,its noisy only when i leave dvd 's inside and i live in a realy hot country!
