I bought a Vaio NS30Z and now refretting it due to the poor qulaity keyboard. Keys are wearing away, some keys don't work everytie and some double or treble hit......
I won't be buying another Sony product due to the very poor customer support on this issue..

I sympathise with your problem but as your Vaio is over 2 years old and a year out of warranty, I doubt you will get any further.
As you have operational problems as well as cosmetic ones it may be worth £40 to replace the keyboard completely (black & white available): -

However, you will quickly lose sympathy with your fellow users here if you continue to spam other threads which are over 5 years old.
