I noticed shortly after getting my new AR21s laptop that the logo lamp at the bottom of the screen no longer lit up.
Could this be a software problem, something i have installed or is this going to be my second faulty ar21s.
If so im gonna get a refund. its my second vaio ar21s in 2 weeks and a 2k laptop shouldnt be this unreliable, especially as im at uni and i cant afford to keep sending the laptop back. I need it for my work.

i have already tryied turning the logo lamp on in the control pannel but still nothing happens. SONY say it should turn on no matter what setting i have when ever i restart my computer. Still no results.
