Ok, that?s the prob: When i turn my brand new TZ on it makes some strange sounds from inside. Is not "bad sector scrambling" just some kind of knock from inside. This "knocking" repeats every 5-15 seconds. When HDD works more active knocking stops for awhile. And then resumes again.
Well its more suspicious than terrifying, but i would like to remove knocker from my note. %)
(Probably it's a head docking?.. But removing hdd protection from XP HDD util menu doesn't help much. Yes i've downgraded to XP and SONY PLEASE don't put that parody to OS into your notebooks ever again. :))
