VAIO UPDATE IS NOT WORKING

I bought a VGN-FZ21M and i cant make Vaio update work. Everytime i try to run it i got this message: your model name could not be found on server. Error code is 0008. How do i fix this?

We have escalated this to Sony and are still awaiting a solution, keep an eye on the the other thread as we will post any updates there..
