Vaio Update - Not connected to Internet

Hello,

when I click on Vaio Update I get the message 'You are not currently connected to the internet' even though I am.

I have a VAIO LA1 and I'm sure I saw a solution in the forum before but I cannot find it.

Please can someone help?
