Cannot acquire the configuration settings for Vaio Update

Get the above when I try to use the update.

I have the same problem - 'cannot acquire the configuration settings for vaio update' is the message that pops up whenever I use vaio update.

My model is vpcz112gd, OS is 64 bit Windows 7.
