Vaio Updates for DVD Blue Ray Disc Player.

I have two Vaio laptops one with windows 7 ultimate which works OK. But the older one, VGN-FW11ZU with Vista Ultimate, I am unable to connect to Vaio updates. I am unable to update WINDVD BD and it only plays sound without the video. How do I solve this problem?

Don't you think that your DVD BR player is already failing? That is why you can no longer use it right?

Hi Leonard31,

If the WINDVD software is the problem you can download the updates manually from the following link. There is also a ‘Vaio Update’ update available. Depending on which version of Vaio Update you have installed you may need to uninstall the original version prior to updating.
