hallo! please help me! i have a problem with my camera the system can not find it!also i have problem with my vaio control center,a box with a tittle:microsoft visual c++runtime library, appears when i click on it.thanks
Re your vaio control centre, have you tried uninstalling it and then download it from the Sony site and reinstall. You don’t say which operating system you are using. If its Vista have you tried visiting the cameras website for up to date drivers (not a bad idea for XP as well). If you are using the Sony software for your cam it might help to try letting windows have a go. Some of the Sony stuff isn't that good at detecting hardware.
