Vaio vpceb1s0e quick web browser upgrade

Hi folks,

When using the quick web browser button on my Vaio I am finding more and more sites that are reporting that my web browser is too old.

Is it possible to upgrade this browser to a newer version, and if so, how?

Regrettably I am almost certain that you can not upgrade the quick boot browser.
