The sound is seriously distorted & interupted when my Vaio attempts to access the web.
Do you mean that sounds only gets distorted when you have an active connection to the internet? Have isolating the issue? Like try playing a music file offline and see if the sound is distorted.
Yes, I have isolated it. But when playing something from the web (online player) then the problem is very intense.
Yes. The problem exists in all 3 web browsers (MS Explorer, Chrome & Firefox). So for example if I am watching Bloomberg TV online, then the the sound gets distorted every 5 - 10 minutes. If there is another tab accessing the web, then the frequency of distortions increases (either when launching the tab or with refreshing the web page on the other tab). Obviously if there are several tabs opened, then it renders the laptop operation problematic.
I guessed it was the broadbands issue. However, my brother's old ACER has no issues at all.
