Vaio Z touchpad

I have a 6 month old Vaio Z series and have always found the touchpad not great, is there a way of adjusting it and disabling the zoom function as it is hard to control the cursor and the left and right clicks are set too high pressure.

You don't give your exact Vaio Z model but with most models you can change some Touchpad Settings by going into Vaio Control Centre.
