Vaio Zone and USB2.0 NTFS Hard disk

Hi;

I try to use an USB 2.0 Hard disk for Vaio Zone.
The Hard disk is NTFS but it is still not recognized by the program.

Can anyone help ?

There's nothing you can do about it, Sony only allow it to use the internal hard disk.

It's a stupid idea, they should allow for external drives.

Yeah, that's a very stupid idea, I have the 100 Gb Version but it would have been better with the external drive.
It is possible to ask Sony if they can add the feature, to which mail address can I write ?
