on my disc C after loading the text file VCIErrow with text sinputFolder does not exist, which adds at every loading, was created, i.e. 4 loadings - 4 "sinputFolder does not exist"?????

Microsoft Office 2007 Standart
And all available updates for Windows and Sony Vaio TX

After the loading of Windows I have a text file "VCIError". There are such words in it "sinputFolder does not exist". If I delete it appears again after loading, if not - the same words "sinputFolder does not exist" are added etc. 4 loadings - 4 lines, 5 - 5, etc.
