VGC-RC204 Desktop and Windows 7

I have a VGC-RC204 Desktop which is running Windows XP MCE. since buying the machine, I have installed the max. amount of RAM possible according to the manual. Given the specs of this machine, will it run Windows 7?

Thank you! yes it will apparently, apart from the TV tuner thingy,, which I never use anyway!
