I would think that this is certainly a warranty issue, but there may be a quick fix if it is mainly the left side of the front trim that feels loose.
There are two screws that secure this trim, one top and one bottom of the left hand side of the screen. The screws are both covered by a rubber bung and care needs to be taken when removing these as the plastic is easily damaged. It may just be a matter of tightening the screws (possibly never fully tightened during manufacture).
