VGN-C1Z Video Problems HELP

HI! I have this computer for like 3 weeks and i have been have problems apparently with the video hardware acceleration.
When playing a game, the game crashed over some time (sometimes after 5 minutes others over an hour). A blue screen appears but there is no time to read it, when the desktop reappeares its shown the windows error window and when i select de sent error button, a web page shows a solution to this. It say to change the hardware acceleration to the minimum and to deacivate the writing combination (or something like this). Doing this the game cant be launched.
Getting the accelarion in the midlle and the game continues to crash.
Can someone help me???

Do you mean do re-install the original pre-install drivers package?
