Im after a boot disk for laptop VGN-FE28B so i can reinstall windows back onto my laptop...

Your Vaio has a hidden HDD recovery partition so you should be able to re-install the Sony supplied OS & pre-installed applications by doing the following..

Start your vaio & when you see the Vaio logo press the F10 key repeatedly..

This should start the recovery process using the hidden HDD recovery partition.

Then follow the recovery instructions to complete the process..
