VGN-FE41S battery lasts only 10 minutes

Hi there, my VAIO is about 30 months old and the battery life is about 10 minutes, if I'm lucky. Do I need a new battery, and if so what is the product code?

welcome to Club VAIO..

Chances are your VAIO's battery needs replacing, If you know of anyone with a similar series model battery to yours you could try to test it in your Vaio..

If not then unfortunately you'll have to purchase a replacement, I believe the replacement battery code is BPS2B, you can check this as it should be marked on the battery..

It's possible to buy replacement standard batteries direct from Vaio support..

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model, next to Select Model Category - Select your model from the drop down list, in your case VGN FE.

Then next to Select Model - select FE41S

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch
