VGN-NW20EF Battery Help

Hi

I have one of these laptops only a week old.

I am only getting about 1hour 50 mins of use whilst on battery even on power save.

All I am doing is surfing the internet.

Is there something wrong with it (battery), does anyone know if u can upgrade to a better battery?

According to the NW20EF specifications the battery should last approximately upto 225/240 minutes, however in normal use I'd expect it to be probably about half that time as the the battery length can vary depending on what you're doing or have running on your Vaio..

You should be able to purchase an extended battery for your vaio, according to Sony style the VGP-BPL13 appears to be compatible with you your vaio, click the following link for details: VGP-BPL13 Extended Battery Pack , but check before purchasing..

I have a NW11Z/T and the batterey on my last about 2 hours i guess its normal.
