VGN-SR41M new user with little faith.....

Posting this on behalf of new sony vaio VGN-SR41M who's probably going bald as we speak!

He wants to downgrade from vista to xp pro. He needs to use an audio interface which operates better under xp than vista.

so the question is Where can he find xp drivers for his model. if they exist.....

If your SR would like to click on SUPPORT at the top of this page, then choose Support again he will be taken to the Vaio Support site.

If he then enters his model type "VGN-SR" in the top box and "VGN-SR41M" in the bottom box he will be able to log into the support page for his model.

There is a section in DOWNLOADS for an XP Downgrade and in that he will find the SATA Driver and a FULL PACKAGE which will pull all the required drivers etc from the download site and do all the work for him in just one click.
