Hello!

This weekend I purchased myself a brand new shiny vaio and its wonderful.

As my boyfriend and I are somewhat accident prone I decided to get insurance as you can never be too careful. I got the Vaio Professional Insurance Pack (VGPE-VPIP3) covering me for three years against pretty much everything.

However, when I tried to register the pack via the contract number I was told that it was already registered. Since its done it from the first time I'm presuming not to me.

I have been unable to call the help lines as they close at 5 and I work to 6.

Any suggestions, thoughts or blatently obvious solutions that I must have missed would be extremely helpful!
