Hello, i recently ordered my vista upgrade and received an email reply stating that my order had been accepted although, i needed to fax over my receipt of purchase for my notbook. The company who requested the receipt was as follows:

7300 AG Apeldoorn, The Netherlands

Fax: 31-55-543 3946
But the fax number is out of service. The problem i have is that i have emailed the company to find out why the fax number is not working and if i can obtain another fax number to send them a copy of my receipt, but i have had no reply! i would like to know if anybody else is having difficulties getting in contact with this company, as it would seem that they have taken the payment from my account but i am unable to confirm my purchase of my notebook, which means i cannot get the upgrade! is this right?!
