I've got the same with the volume + and - button on my fe21m. The support told me they were investigating it, and that they would contact me as there is news, but it's already been more than a month ago , still no answer.

Unfortunately they won't ;(
They called me yesterday saying, that they can send upto 5 keys for free, and it will tak up to 2 weeks, i was happy , i thought that this shitty company is improving a bit, but.... today they contacted me saying that the can't send volume button keys, they can only arrange collection and repair it!!!! and will take them up to 15 working days!!!!!
What a crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't send laptop and wait 15 days so they can repair fu__ing buttons.

Hi Draga,
My fault, I should have checked the specs of your model - it sounds like Vaio-Link made the same mistake.
I assumed it was a keyboard key - most Vaios mute by pressing Fn + F2 - but you have several Special Buttons above the keyboard. I presume this cannot be changed easily like a normal key and needs the Vaio to be taken apart.
I apologise.
