What is the normal tempreture for the VaioVGNS4HP/B?

Can anyone tell me what is the normal tempreture for the Vaio VGNS4HP/B, because the tempreture that i have on my mobile meter is 56 degrees , yesterday i changed the setting on my power management but just for the battery ,but now its on eletric power and the sttings are the same .....

go to Intel Pentium M it also has a speed!

All pentium M processors have a max. core temp of 100C.

The speed is irrelevant.

this temp is just determinated under maths and special calculations, coz the PC doesnt have a thermometer as a hardware inside.

my temp is 50-54 max and the hdd 30-32 max
