Win 8.1 will not start. No disk according to the BIOS. Becomes only referenced to start Sony's Troubleshootig (not working, need disk) or the BIOS setup (the disk is None, can not be changed). Have Sony VAIO VF1421E2E, 5 months old. How do you change the BIOS when it is grayed out in Disk Drive?
