My Windows 7 has become corrupted and although the
explorer desktop loads OK it does so without keyboard or mouse drivers working.
I've tried to restore via the Windows Repair function on my recovery disks but the error can't be fixed apparently!
There appears to be a system file corruption problem which causes restrui.exe to crash.
Is there any way to fix this without doing a complete system recovery.
