windows 7 upgrade eligibility screen?

Hi all
Has anyone managed to get past the eligibilty screen of the vaio windows 7 upgrade e mail link as yet?
The screen just goes blank each time i enter my eligibility details??

I believe the website has experienced a massive demand in the first few days.

All I can suggest is that you try again at non-peak times as the site is probably only accepting a level of orders it can cope with each day.
