Hi!
I purchased the Sony wh-1000xm3 a few days ago after trying them in store and I loved them! I bought them because they had a great sound quality as well as the NC and that made them perfect for me.
The problem is that the pair I received doesn’t sound good at all. I don’t know what to do. I’ve disconnected, reconnected, tried other devices, other audios, activated and deactivated every setting I could find and spent an hour trying to get the Equalizer to work but the sound is still so bad it hurts my ears.
Does anyone know what to do? At this point I’m about 5 seconds away from returning them and buying the Bose equivalent instead.
