Battery Charge

I have a set of Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds. After two years they don’t hold a charge for more than 30mins and don’t charge evenly. Any work-arounds to improve charge holding?

unfortunately there might be no work around this. try to send your device for repair they might be able to change the battery. https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/contact/

Hey @llcoolgreen, if you've followed the steps in this thread already, try reaching out to the Sony reps directly, any digging in different placed would just confuse things even more

Hello, I bought this pair of wireless earphone in June 2021 when it was first released in Japan through SONY Japan official store with an extended 3-year warranty, but I have recently relocated to London, and have been experiencing the same issue since last Saturday. Anyone has experience of getting SONY product repaired by SONY UK though it was bought in a SONY Store in another country?

Hey @Calvin, I think that will depend on your warranty scheme. To my knowledge the warranty doesn't carry out through different regions and that unfortunately means that the warranty will only be valid in Japan, not the UK. 
Unless that warranty is a tourist limited warranty, but to check that you will need to contact Sony support.

Thanks. I got some feedback from customer service and it would appear that the sole solution is to send them in for servicing. Cheers.
