I switch on my headphones and enter pairing mode, my Dell Latitude E7470 detects "h.ear (MDR-100ABN) and says it is paired but my headphones do not report "Bluetooth Paired".
Windows 7 went through the driver installation successfully.
Double clicking on the headphone icon in the Devices brings up a dialog which lists operations to "Listen to Music" and "Forwar VoIP Calls to Handfree" but when clicking on these links nothing happens.
Interestingly these 2 operations only appear if the headphones are on even though the headphones don't seem to pair fully so there is some communication happening.
How do I get the headphones to fully pair and report "Bluetooth paired"?
