Firmware Update

Could someone tell me how do I update the firmware of my NWZ-E464? the unlimited music software doesn't work and I don't find links for this anywhere!

Are you sure there are firmware updates available?

I can't find any anywhere.

but the Music Unlimited guide says that I'm supposed to update my firmware so I can activate the Music Unlimited app in my walkman, so, as the music unlimited program doesn't seems to work, I'm looking for the firmware update that I'm supposed to install in my walkman
