Hi, I bought WH-CH700N headphone. Have problem with normal call functions. While receiving call, I could hear the ringtone from headphone but unable to answer through button in headphone. While making call, I could not hear the dial tone from headphone. I checked bluetooth connection between my mobile (Android-8.1) - everthing is fine and I could hear the songs but having trouble only with call functions.
