Dear Sony,
I have an ancient MDR-E931 earphone, it's like ~10 years old and I'm very much satisfied with it (for the record I want to say that back then I chose it, instead of buying a discman earphone replacement part for a double price). Unfortunately over the years it has fallen into parts literally. A few months ago I bought a pair of MDR-E9LP, because it's the only model that is neither a headphone (after a while that hurts my ears) nor an in-ear plug (it annoys me extremely). Bad luck that it is the cheapest model you have. But its quality is extremely poor. There's nothing coming out of it in the lower frequencies, the overall sound is therefore something very strange, and the product in general is unsuitable to listen to music. Overall, I didn't choose a random Chinese brand, but Sony, and I am really sad that I couldn't replace my old earphones with a quality product.
Is there a way to have it replaced? Don't you have somewhere in stock an old non-headphone, non in-ear plug pair of quality earphones?
Greetings:
Kazi
