Hi Everyone,
It seems I'm experiencing the same problem that others has reported regarding the broken bracket on both sides. I brought my headphones in Feb 17 and cracks appeared about a year ago but I was busy and did nothing about it. Now it looks like the brackets are about to snap off.
Can anyone tell me who/how I should contact their support to see if they will issue a replacement? I don't know the warrenty situation (I didn't pay for extra protection with BestBuy so not sure).
Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
